By sending photographs and event notes to the Pioneertown Gazette, you agree to the following:
Ownership & rights
You represent that you are the original creator of all submitted content and have the right to grant the license you select during submission. The Pioneertown Gazette does not claim ownership of your work.
License grant
The usage you choose when you send a photo determines how the Gazette may use your work. “Any Gazette use, with credit” grants the Gazette permission to publish, display, and share your content across all Gazette platforms with attribution.
Attribution
The Pioneertown Gazette will credit you using the name you provide when you send a photo. You may update how you are credited in your profile at any time.
Content standards
All submissions are subject to editorial review. The Gazette reserves the right to decline any submission. Content must not contain illegal material, hate speech, or violate the rights of others.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw a photo at any time while it is waiting for review. Once picked and published, withdrawal requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
